ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN

Company value describes level of success of a company as reflected in the share price.This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence company value and how the role of dividend policy moderates the relationship between these factors and company value.The higher the company value, the higher the share price will be.Company value is influenced by several internal factors such as profitability, capital structure, company size, liquidity, and activity ratio.This research focuses on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period.The population amounted to 191 companies.The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 86 companies was obtained with total observations 131 companies.The data analysis method is Partial Least Square with a two-stage approach model using the SmartPLS 3 statistical software tool. The research results show that the variables are profitability, capital structure, company size, liquidity, and activity ratio have no effect on company value in mining companies.In addition, the moderation shows that dividend policy is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability, capital structure, company size, liquidity and the ratio of activity to company value.
